Job Description:

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for leading, under the direction of the Brand Manager/Marketing Director, a variety of brand projects in to drive the growth and positioning strategy of the TaylorMade brand. The responsibilities of this position include leading cross-functional product initiative teams, working with internal and external creative and promotional agencies, analyzing and reporting on brand and initiative results, and developing recommendations for future initiatives.

* Execute specific marketing programs across various advertising mediums and Global regions
* Manage budgets and agencies for TV, Print, Digital and Radio creation
* Direct the external and internal agencies/vendors involved in the execution of the brand communications campaign and brand-related initiatives
* Lead or assist in activation sessions with cross- functional teams to determine strategy, tactics and action for various initiatives
* Engage team members in creative and strategy as presented by agency partners to ensure cohesive execution
* Tracking revenue and analyzing program results (ROI) Globally
* Assist in conducting and analyzing ongoing competitive spend analysis, report findings Globally
* Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, facilitate a team environment and encourage collaboration
* Execute, maintain and optimize the media plan based on business initiatives
* Briefs in projects to internal and external partners to achieve communications goals
* Ability to manage multiple projects, with many cross-functional teams and across 3-4 different "products" simultaneously
* Inspiration provider for cross-functional teams and agency partners; enthusiastically represent and support idea big and small that further a strategic/ business goal

* Deep knowledge and passion for golf/sports a must
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business
* 2-5 years business experience and at least 1-2 years experience as an Communications/Advertising manager in a corporate or agency setting
* Sound knowledge of the brand communications environment and understanding of corporate branding are essential
* Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proven leader with track record of success influencing cross-functional teams
* Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong results orientation and decision making skills: take-charge attitude and champion of innovative ideas
* Efficient personal organizational skills
* Strong personal computer skills(MS Office, Adobe programs, Photoshop)
* Ability to work effectively in a corporate environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Occasional domestic/international travel
