protecting the environment and giving back to the community.
The Dixon Challenge is our way to help non-profit organizations raise badly needed funds for worthy causes. We are looking
for Sales Representatives.

The Sales Representative position is the perfect opportunity to work in the golf industry, spend time on the golf course, help
non-profit organizations, and be in charge of your own schedule and determine your own income.

The Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating retail, logo ball and advertising sales and for helping non-profit
organizations raise funds through the execution of Dixon Challenge events. The primary job of the Sales Representative is to
find local businesses who want to market to our client base of more than 1,000,000 golfers nationwide. Dixon Golf will
sponsor more than 10,000 charity golf events with free products and prizes with Dixon representatives at each Challenge
event.

The Sales Representative MUST be highly motivated...require minimal supervision...have a positive attitude...be
adaptive and solve problems with ingenuity...have very good verbal and written communication skills......be able to follow
procedures with exactness...have an entrepreneurial attitude...be responsible...pay attention to detail...have superior follow
up and follow through...be a person of the highest integrity.

There is unlimited earning potential and the pay is based entirely on your desire, drive and success as a Sales
Representative.

Target Compensation - $2000-4000+ per month

Requirements:

The job requirements are as follows:

1. Be able to help 1 to 3 charity golf events per week.
2. Contact 10 new businesses per week explaining our program.
3. Work with tournament managers on large upcoming events for logo ball sales.
4. Meet with local golf shops for retail sales as well as marketing opportunities.
